When you assign rooms to a time period, the base rent for the rooms is calculated automatically if you configure the settings described in this article.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: System Control - Property Management - Leasing - Configuration Manager
In the "Default for Building" field, select the building for which you want to set a base rent. All usage types for the building are listed.
Enter a base rent per square meter for each usage type.
When you assign rooms with configured usage types to a time period, the base rent is now automatically calculated and displayed.
