If you assign vacant spaces to a time period, the base rent for those vacant spaces will be calculated automatically when you configure the settings described in this article.
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portfolio (BIM) - Property Register - Open Spaces - Outdoor Area Types
Open the outdoor area type to which you want to assign a base rent factor.
Enter either the factor for calculating the base rent in the Factor [€/m²] field or the flat-rate base rent per area in the Unit Price in € for Rental field.
Click Save in the toolbar. Click Save in the toolbar.
When you assign open spaces configured in this way to a time period, the base rent is now automatically calculated and displayed.
