You can organize an ad hoc move using the basic data in your FM portal.
Prerequisite
The employee record exists
The destination room has been created.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Room Occupancy
Click the edit icon next to the list entry for the employee who is to be relocated.
In the Target Occupancy section, enter the employee’s target room in the Target Room field.
If necessary, enter the employee’s new workstation in the Target Workstation field.
In the "Move" section, enter the date on which the move is to take place.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Note: The move will only be executed if you have activated the timer job PS_RAUMBELEGUNG_UMZUG.
The ad hoc move is now scheduled for the specified move date.
