Hierarchy level 2

Data records for hierarchy level 2 can be created in this form. At this hierarchy level, properties can be assigned to a regional directorate, for example. The assignment is optional. When using eTASK.financial planning, reports with important values for financial planning can be called up in this form for each region.

Identification

In this section, data for the identification of the hierarchical level can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.

Property	Description
Hierarchical Level 1	Select the hierarchical level one level above the current hierarchical level. If you opened this webform via the "Hierarchical Level 1" webform, the data record will already be preselected here.
Code	Enter an abbreviation for the hierarchical level.
Name	Enter the full name of the hierarchical level.

Hierarchical Level 3

The hierarchical levels assigned to this hierarchical level one level below it are displayed here. You can create new data records for the third hierarchical level by clicking "Add Hierarchical Level 3".

CAFM-Connect Export

This function provides an entry in the menu under "Extras" with which all properties below this hierarchy level can be exported to one or more CAFM Connect-compliant IFC files.
