| month | month in the financial year to which the pro rata plan value from the offer is allocated. |
| G/L account | G/L account number to which the planned value from the offer is to be posted. |
| G/L account name | Designation of the G/L account for better readability and faster identification of the planning item. |
| Pro rata monthly value | Pro rata monthly plan value from the offer in euros (net), which is automatically calculated based on the performance period. |
| Responsible | Person responsible for the offer to whom you can address queries about the plan value. |
| Customer | Customer or interested party to whom the offer is addressed. |
| Offer | Unique offer number for tracing the plan value back to the original offer. |
| Service content | Brief description of the service content from the offer for a quick overview of the planned turnover. |
| Debtor number | Customer's debtor number for unique identification in the accounting system. |
| Customer abbreviation | Short name of the customer for compact presentation in evaluations. |
| Total value | Total value of the offer in euros (net), which is distributed over the performance period to calculate the pro rata monthly values. |
