All tables and reports in the eTASK.FM portal can be customized and saved as needed. You can save as many personalized views as you like for each table and all reports. A personalized view can be created for your own use only or made available to all users of the FM portal. Additionally, any view can be selected as the default. The selected default view opens when you click on the general table name.
Personalized views are marked with a green arrow and listed under "Views" below the table or report.
If you publish your view, it will be visible to all other users and marked with a green arrow instead of the settings gear.
You can always find the default view of the table or report below the table or report under "Views." By right-clicking and selecting "Set as Default," you can set this as the default view at any time. You can also select any other view as the default in the same way.
By right-clicking on views you have created yourself, you can decide at any time whether the view should be published (i.e., visible to everyone), rename the view, or discard it.
