Period - Overview

This data object provides an overview of rented rooms, categorized by usage type, in the context of rental agreements. It summarizes important information such as the number of rooms, rental areas, cold rents and operating costs per type of use and building. This data serves as a basis for the analysis and optimization of room usage as well as for financial planning in rental management. The object is used in processes for rental space management, rental price calculation and the creation of rental reports.

Total basic rent [€]	Here you can see the total cold rent in euros.
Operating costs advance payment [€]	Here you can see the estimated operating costs in euros.
