This list evaluation provides an overview of all training courses taking place in the future, with a comparison of the possible number of participants and the people currently invited who have not declined the invitation. It is very easy to determine open training places here.

This group contains features that enable a structured listing of participants and training details. It provides an overview of upcoming training courses and their participants in list form.| Property | Description |
| Training | Specification of an order number for the training courses, which is only used within this list and numbers the training courses in ascending order by date. |
| Date | Specification of the training date, on which a link to the respective training course is stored. |
| Function | Specification of the function for which training is being provided. |
| Designation | Specification of the course title. |
| Max. Number of participants | Specification of the maximum possible number of participants, as defined in the training course. |
| number of participants | Number of invited persons who do not have the status "Rejected". |
| free places | Calculated value based on the maximum number of participants, minus the number of invited participants. |
| Participants | List of invited persons by name, unless they have the status "Declined". |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
