This evaluation lists all participants of training courses that have already taken place or will take place in the future. There is one entry per participant per training course. The evaluation is filtered according to the logical clients to which access has been granted. The filter result is based on the logical clients of the training courses.
Search
This group contains features for searching and filtering participant histories. It enables the user to quickly find and narrow down relevant entries based on specific criteria.

| EMail | Enter the e-mail address of the participant(s). |
| Invitation date | Specification of the invitation date (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Participation status | Indication of the participant status. |
| Training | Specification of the training. |
| Company | The long name (line 1) of the company to which the participating person is assigned. |
| Department | Specification of the department to which the participant is assigned. |
| Function | Specification of the function to be trained in the course. |
| Room | Specification of the room to which the employee is assigned. |
Excel export
The table can be exported as an Excel file using the "Excel export" button in the workbar of the table. The current view is filtered via "Current view". The columns to be exported can be selected under "Extended export".
