Infrastructure Building Management - Training Administration - Participant Scheduling
This feature allows you to organize training sessions in a targeted manner. This saves you time and eliminates the confusion caused by using different lists.
Quickly and easily identify all individuals who need training by filtering them by role/function and last training date. Once you’ve identified the employees, you can assign them directly to a training session. This feature also provides you with an overview of all training sessions to which the respective person has already been invited.
Select role/responsibility. This is always the first step when using the participant scheduling feature. After selection, the training sessions and employees are automatically filtered accordingly.
Date filter. Filters the displayed training sessions.
Reset date filter.
Select training.
View training information. Opens the training record in a new tab.
After selecting a training course and employees, click this button to add the employees to the selected training course. The employees will automatically receive an invitation via email.
Create new training course.
Employee filter.
Training type selection.
Select all employees in the list.
View notes for this person.
All employees with the selected role who match the filter above.
Display training sessions in which the employee has participated.
Select employee.
