The parking authorization function is a workflow-supported way of starting and managing applications for parking access. Every person in the company can submit an application independently and is placed on the waiting list. Coordinators can process the applications and issue parking authorizations. The workflow expects the license plates to be entered and regularly updated so that the authorization remains active.

Allocation of parking space
You store the information about the allocated parking space in this info area. The applicant cannot view this info area as part of the workflow.

Access authorization

My license plate(s)
In this information area, the applicant enters the license plate numbers of the vehicles with which they will use the parking permit. This allows incorrect and third-party parking to be identified during checks. The license plates are regularly queried as part of the workflow and must be confirmed.

LogicController
