Overview of properties with contract information

This list evaluation provides an overview of all properties including contract information for these properties.

Search

This group contains features for searching and filtering objects and contracts. It enables the user to find relevant information quickly and specifically.

Property	Description
Object is deactivated	Indicates whether someone has deactivated the object themselves. This means that it is no longer available for selection and is no longer counted in the dashboard tile.
Barcode	Specification of the barcode.
Matchcode	Specification of the matchcode.
Serial number	Specification of the serial number.
Inventory text	Specification of the inventory text.
Contract number	Specification of the contract number.
Contract name	Specification of the contract name.
Contract status	Indication of the contract status.
Location	Specification of the location.
Building	Specification of the building.
Floor	Indication of the floor.
Room	Specification of the room.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
