Overview of parking authorizations

Overview of all parking authorizations created in the FM portal. All parking permits are listed here, regardless of their status. The overview therefore also contains requests for parking permits that are currently on the waiting list or those that require the license plate number to be re-entered. The overview contains a lot of detailed information about the people who have or have applied for the parking permit, their supervisor, as well as information about the corresponding parking space.

List

Contains all properties that are displayed in the tabular list view.

Property	Description
Ticket number	Specification of the ticket number for the workflow data record and link to the parking authorization.
Status	Indication of the workflow status of the ticket for parking authorization.
Parking authorization Text	Specification of the free text from the "Application" field in the parking authorization.
Waiting list position	Indication of the position that has the parking authorization on the waiting list.
ID number	Indication of the employee ID card number of the person who submitted the application or has parking authorization.
Remark	Indication of a comment on the parking authorization.
Personnel number	Indication of the personnel number of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
Salutation	Specification of the type of address for the person for whom the parking authorization is intended.
First name	Enter the first name of the person for whom the parking authorization is intended.
Surname	Enter the surname of the person for whom the parking authorization is for,
Telephone	Enter the telephone number of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
Cell phone	Enter the cell phone number of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
e-mail	Enter the e-mail address of the person for whom the parking authorization is for.
Entry date	Indication of the date on which the person for whom the parking authorization is valid joined the company.
Leaving date	Indication of the date on which the person for whom the parking authorization is issued left the company.
1. license plate	Indication of the first license plate number with which the person with the parking authorization may use the parking space.
2. license plate	Indication of the second license plate number with which the person with the parking authorization may use the parking space.
3. license plate	Indication of the third license plate number with which the person with the parking authorization may use the parking space.
4. indicator	Indication of the fourth license plate number with which the person with the parking authorization may use the parking space.
5. indicator	Indication of the fifth license plate number with which the person with the parking authorization may use the parking space.
Access authorization from	Indication of the date from which the parking authorization is valid and thus also access authorization to the parking space.
Access authorization until	Indication of the date until which the parking authorization is valid and thus also access authorization to the parking space.
Cost center abbreviation	Specification of the cost center code of the person for whom the parking authorization is. Link to the cost center.
Cost center Designation	Indication of the name of the cost center of the person for whom the parking authorization is.
Department Abbreviation	Indication of the code of the department of the person for whom the parking authorization is.
Department Designation	Indication of the name of the department of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
Company	Indication of the company to which the person for whom the parking authorization is issued belongs.
Current room	Indication of the room in which the person for whom the parking authorization is valid is sitting.
Room Code	Indication of the code of the room in which the person for whom the parking authorization is intended is sitting.
Planned move	With this information you can see whether the person will be moving in the near future.
Supervisor Salutation	Indication of the title of the person above the person for whom the parking authorization is intended.
Supervisor First name	Indication of the first name of the person who is the superior of the person for whom the parking authorization is.
Supervisor Surname	Indication of the surname of the person above the person for whom the parking authorization is intended.
Supervisor Phone	Enter the telephone number of the person who is the superior of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
Supervisor cell phone	Indication of the cell phone number of the person in charge of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
Supervisor e-mail	Enter the e-mail address of the person who is the superior of the person for whom the parking authorization is valid.
Outdoor area Abbreviation	The short name of the outdoor area where the assigned parking space is located.
Outdoor area Designation	The long name of the outdoor area.
Outdoor area type	The type of outdoor area. This should normally be "parking area" or "parking lot".
to building	The number of the building to which the outdoor space is assigned. This allows you to see which building the parking spaces belong to in terms of planning.
Building Code	The complete code of the building to which the external area was assigned.
Pitch number	Indication of the number of the parking space for which the parking authorization is valid.
Pitch Code	Enter the code of the parking space for which the parking authorization is valid.
Pitch category	Indication of the category to which the parking space is assigned.

Export

Contains additional properties for export to external systems or file formats.
