This evaluation provides an overview of the status of all onboarding processes in the system and shows a range of additional data that may be of interest when making contact. Onboarding covers the entire life cycle of a person in the company, from onboarding and change management to offboarding and the GDPR-compliant deletion of personnel data from the CAFM system

internal / externalThis field indicates whether the onboarding process is internal or external. StatusThis status shows the current step in the onboarding workflow for an employee. It provides information about the current phase of the recruitment process and helps to track progress.
ResponsibleThis field shows the person or role responsible for the onboarding process. It provides information on who is responsible for carrying out and monitoring the onboarding of the new employee and who acts as the primary contact person.
First day of attendanceThis date value indicates the first day on which a new employee is physically present at the workplace. It marks the start of the onboarding process and is important for planning induction activities and for administrative purposes such as time recording and access authorizations.
SalutationThe formal salutation of the person as used in communication and documents is displayed here. The correct form of address is important for a respectful and professional approach during the onboarding process.
First nameThe person's first name is displayed here as it is officially stored in the HR master data. This information is important for the correct salutation and identification of the employee in the onboarding process.
