Navigation to this function

Statistical overview of all menu item types in the ITZB system with a breakdown by different states. Here you get a quick overview of the number of menu items per type (node, page, table) and can see how many of them are canceled, invisible or configured with static controls. This is particularly helpful for quality assurance, system analysis and detecting configuration errors.

Identification

Statistical key figures for the various menu item types in the system. Here you will find the total number and the breakdown according to statuses such as discontinued, invisible, with static controls or configured as a report.
PropertyDescription
Internal ID (Data ID)Unique internal identification number of the data record in the database.
Menu item TypeTechnical type of the menu item (e.g. node for directories, page for pages or table for tables). Classifies the type of menu item in the menu tree.
Total numberTotal number of all menu items of this type in the system, regardless of their status. Basis for the further breakdown in the following columns.
Number discontinuedNumber of menu items of this type that are marked as obsolete and intended for future removal. Takes into account both entries that have been discontinued directly in the table and those that have been discontinued cumulatively via the namespace.
Number invisible in the menu (and not canceled)Number of invisible menu items in the menu that have not been canceled. Typically, these are tables that have been replaced by views for rights reasons (e.g. incoming and outgoing invoices) or should only be accessible indirectly via other forms.
Number visible with static controlsNumber of visible menu items with fixed, individually programmed control elements (static controls). These controls are configured in areas and are mainly used in pages and tables when special functionality is required.
Number of static pagesNumber of menu entries that refer to a static HTML page. Normally, these should only be entries of type Page - other types indicate a configuration error.
Number of pages ReportsNumber of menu items of type Page that are configured as a report (Crystal Report). Reports are used to evaluate and format data.
Number purely dynamically visible in the menuNumber of completely dynamically generated menu items without any static controls. These pages are generated entirely by the system from the metadata configuration and do not require any individual programming.
Quantity otherNumber of menu items that do not fall into any of the previous categories. You should check these special cases separately, as they may indicate configuration errors or unusual system states.
