This evaluation provides the ID card office with an overview of all persons who need to be reprocessed as part of the revalidation process. The corresponding applications are sent to the ID card office via the workflow.

This group includes features for searching and filtering employee revalidations. It enables users to find specific data records in the overview quickly and efficiently.

Ticket no.The unique identification number of the ticket for an employee's revalidation process. You can use this number to track the progress and details of the revalidation process and quickly access the relevant ticket if you have any queries.
Withdraw accessYou can use this option to revoke access for an employee. Activate the checkbox to block access and revoke the employee's authorizations for certain areas or systems.
NameThis field shows the name of the person for whom a revalidation is being carried out as part of the personnel lifecycle. It is used to uniquely identify the employee and makes it easier to search in the overview of employee revalidations.
TelephoneThe employee's telephone number for personnel revalidation is recorded here. This contact information enables the employee to be reached directly by telephone and is important for efficient communication during the revalidation process.
E-mailThe employee's work email address is displayed here. This serves as an important means of communication within the company and is used for making contact and sending notifications as part of personnel administration.
Security areaThe security area defines the access level of an employee to certain areas or information in the company. This classification is important for access control and the management of authorizations in order to protect sensitive data and resources.
Contact person NameThis field shows the name of the contact person for the revalidation of an employee. It enables quick identification of the person responsible in the revalidation process and facilitates contact in the event of queries or a need for clarification.
Contact person PhoneThe telephone number of the contact person responsible for the revalidation of an employee is recorded here. This contact information enables direct communication in the event of queries or a need for clarification during the revalidation process.
Contact E-MailThis field contains the e-mail address of the contact person responsible for the revalidation of an employee. It serves as a direct contact option for queries or notifications in connection with the revalidation process.
