Overview of annual leave

This evaluation provides an overview of the leave approved for each employee, broken down by year and month. Leave with the EAN URLA0001 is counted as a whole day, with URLA0003 as half a day. The total adds up the days in the respective column.

This group contains properties for viewing and displaying annual leave planning. It includes visual elements and display options for the annual leave overview.

Property	Description
Employees	First name and surname from the employee's personnel data record
Year	The year in which the vacation days were approved.
Total	The number of vacation days this year. Uraub with EAN URLA0001 is counted as a full day, with URLA0003 as half a day.
January	Approved vacation days in January of the year.
February	Approved vacation days in February of the year.
March	Approved vacation days in March of the year.
April	Approved vacation days in April of the year.
May	Approved vacation days in May of the year.
June	Approved vacation days in June of the year.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
July	Approved vacation days in July of the year.
August	Approved vacation days in August of the year.
September	Approved vacation days in September of the year.
October	Approved vacation days in October of the year.
November	Approved vacation days in November of the year.
December	Approved vacation days in December of the year.
