This evaluation gives you an overview of your locking system and the minimum number of cylinders that should be present per group, compared to the total number of keys present and in use. The respective number of keys per status can also be displayed.
Data
This group contains the essential data on the minimum stock of keys. It contains information such as key numbers, quantities and associated time stamps for stock monitoring.

Totals
This group contains aggregated values and totals relating to the minimum stock of keys. The totals provide an overview of the cumulative quantities and stocks.

| Keys no longer available (total) | Total number of keys in the key group that are no longer available or present. (Defective, lost, destroyed) |
Quantities
This group includes characteristics for quantity information for keys, such as minimum stock and actual stock. The information is used for stock monitoring and planning for keys.
