These evaluations provide an overview of all persons registered in a person registration system. It also includes people who have been deregistered.

Search

This group contains characteristics that are relevant for the search and filtering of registered personnel. It allows you to narrow down the overview according to specific criteria.

Surname	Indication of the surname.
First name	Indication of the first name.
Personal code	Specification of the personnel code.
Telephone	Enter the telephone number of the employee.
Company	Specification of the company.
Company name	Indication of the company name.
Area code	Enter the area code for the company's telephone connection.
Company phone number	Enter the telephone number (without area code) for the company.
Working hours on weekdays (0: no, 1: yes)	Indication of whether work is carried out on working days.
Weekend working hours (0: no, 1: yes)	Indication of whether work is carried out at weekends.
ID number	Specification of the ID number.
Card valid until	Specification of the date until which the ID card is valid, in the format DD.MM.YYYY.
ID card reporting status active (0: no, 1: yes)	Indicates whether the message status is active.
Registered on	Specification of the registration date in the format DD.MM.YYYY.
Deregistered on	Specification of the deregistration date in the format DD.MM.YYYY.
E-mail dispatch active	Indicates whether the sending of status mails is active.
E-mail distribution list	Specification of the e-mail distribution list.
E-mail sent	Indicates whether an e-mail has been sent.
External data	Indication of whether the data is external.
