03.03 Difference objects order plan/orders

This evaluation provides an overview of the orders that are assigned to an operator concept and whose number of commissioned objects does not match the number of objects stored in the order plan.

Search

This group contains search criteria for analyzing deviations between the planned and actual number of objects in orders. It enables a targeted investigation of differences in order management.

Operator concept	Submission of the operator concept.
Order plan	Specification of the order plan.
Order	Specification of the order.
Building	Specification of the building.
Object type	This field specifies the type of maintenance object, e.g. plant, machine or building. It helps to categorize and filter objects in the context of order planning and order processing in maintenance.
Order plan Number of objects	Number of objects assigned to this task list.
Order Number of objects	Number of properties that have been commissioned.
Difference between number of order plan and order (absolute)	Indication of the absolute difference between the commissioned objects and the objects stored in the order plan. No distinction is made here as to whether too many or too few objects were commissioned.
Live Number of objects	Number of objects stored in the portal.
Difference between number of order plan and live (absolute)	Indication of the absolute difference between the objects stored in the order plan and the existing objects. No distinction is made here as to whether too many or too few objects have been ordered.
Difference between number of orders and live (absolute)	Indication of the absolute difference between commissioned and existing properties. No distinction is made here as to whether too many or too few properties were commissioned.
Order plan created	Specification of the date on which the order plan was created (DD.MM.YYYY).
Order created	Specification of the date on which the order was created (DD.MM.YYYY).
