This group contains search criteria for filtering the order overview. It allows the user to narrow down the orders displayed according to various parameters and find them in a targeted manner.| Property | Description |

| Order designation | Specification of the order designation. |
| Workflow status | Indication of the workflow status. |
| Property/asset manager | Details of the person responsible for the property or asset. |
| Client (AG) | Specification of the client. |
| Responsibility Coordination AG | Specification of the person responsible for coordination on the part of the client. |
| Contractor (AN) | Specification of the contractor. |
| Responsibility Coordination AN | Specification of the person responsible for coordination on the contractor's side. |
| End of contract award | Indication of the end date of the contract award (DD-MM-YYYY). |
| Execution date | Specification of the execution date (DD-MM-YYYY). |
| Acceptance date | Specification of the acceptance date (DD-MM-YYYY). |
| Escalation | If there is an escalation, specify the type of escalation. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
