You can use the locking system to download order forms for all keys or cylinders in the system at once. This way, you don't have to order them individually through the key or cylinder groups.
Prerequisite
The key and cylinder groups are assigned to the locking system
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Lock System Master Data - Lock Systems
Open the record for the locking system for which you want to order keys or cylinders.
Click on Reports in the toolbar and then on the corresponding quote request.
Print the form, fill it out, and submit it.
