The eTASK Outlook Add-In enhances your Outlook by allowing you to order custom catering. This article explains how to use the catering order wizard.
When filtering rooms, you selected “Custom Catering”
The room has been added to the meeting
In the Outlook add-in, click the Custom Catering... button. The Custom Catering Order Wizard opens.
Click the Add Catering icon to create a new catering order.
Enter the number of guests, the setup time, and the desired quantity per catering item.
Repeat steps 2 through 3 until all desired catering orders have been entered.
Click OK.
The catering order is saved.
Note: The actual catering order is not placed until you send the meeting invitation.
Tip: You can also order catering later.
