The FM Portal provides an order form for cylinders in which the contractor (cylinder manufacturer) and the required cylinder data for reordering are already pre-filled. All you need to do is print out the form and specify the required quantity of cylinders to order cylinders for the respective cylinder group.
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Lock System Master Data - Cylinder Groups
Open the cylinder group for which you want to reorder cylinders
Click on Reports in the toolbar and open the order form.
Print the form, fill it out, and send it.
