This info area specifies the strategy to be used to implement the operator obligation.

Performance adjustment concept	Specification of the performance adjustment concept.
implementation concept	Selection of the implementation concept for the present operator obligation. Currently, only the option "Order plans per building" is implemented. An order plan is created for each building contained in the operator concept when the corresponding action is called up via the workbar under "Extras - Create order plans".
