This group contains features for searching and filtering open offers for existing customers. It allows you to narrow down the offer data according to various criteria.| Property | Description |
| Debtor | This field shows the name of the debtor, i.e. the customer or business partner for whom an open quotation exists within the scope of project management. It is used to quickly identify the associated company or person when searching for and managing existing quotations. |
| Interested party | This field shows the name of the interested party for an open offer. It helps to identify potential customers as part of project management and enables sales opportunities to be targeted and followed up. |
| Customer abbreviation | The customer abbreviation is a unique short name for the customer in project management. It is used to quickly identify the customer for open quotations and facilitates searching and filtering in overviews. |
| Client Manager (internal) | This field shows the internal customer manager who is responsible for project management and budget management. It is used to quickly identify the contact person responsible for open quotations for existing customers as part of project management. |
| Date | This date shows the day on which the quotation was created for the existing customer. It serves as an important reference point for tracking open quotations as part of project management and helps to assess the timeliness of the quotation. |
