Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: MyFM - Calendar Room Reservation
Select the meeting rooms you want to display in the Calendar Room Reservation. To do this, check the boxes next to the names of the desired meeting rooms.
Dialog "Räume auswählen" with table of rooms, codes, capacities. Checkbox for "Köln OG04 R446" selected. "Ausgewählte Räume hinzufügen" button. Click Add Selected Rooms.
The booking calendar for the selected rooms is displayed.
