Heating surface [m²]	Heating surface of the room
Rental area	Specification of the rental area to which the room belongs.
Room group	Specification of the room group to which the room belongs.

This group includes data on the billing of rented rooms, such as rental costs, ancillary costs and billing periods. It provides a detailed overview of the financial aspects of room rental.
