Costs/invoices for the building

This table shows all invoices for the individual cost types. It contains the number of invoices as well as the G/L account areas and invoice totals. If required, the table can be extended to show the monthly costs by double-clicking on the annual costs. You can obtain a list of the individual invoices by clicking on the "+" of a data record in the table. If no invoice is then displayed, no invoice has been entered for this property for this cost type - the "Number" field then contains "0".

LogicController

Function: Only manually entered invoices in the Operating Costs model can be changed.

identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
G/L account	Indication of the G/L account to which the invoice amount is posted.
Source of costs	Indication of the source of the cost item.
Invoice date	Specification of the invoice date in the format DD.MM.YYYY.
Description	Specification of an invoice description.
Net invoice amount [€]	Specification of the net invoice amount in euros.
VAT rate [%]	Indication of the VAT rate in percent.
Gross invoice amount [€]	Specification of the gross invoice amount in euros.
Invoice distribution to	Indication of where the invoice amount is distributed.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.

Gross costs

This group comprises the gross costs for building invoices, including all taxes and levies. It shows the actual total expenditure for building-related services and materials.
