Revalidation of employees

If access to security areas has to be revalidated regularly as part of onboarding, the currently possible accesses are automatically stored in this list by the WOrkflow and deleted again at the end of revalidation.

WorkflowListConnectRecordRights

This function ensures that the contents of the form are assigned the same rights for the active user are assigned the same rights as in the user's user's main form. At the same time, new entries can only be entered from the appropriate list connect of the main form.

Identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Code	Abbreviation for the revalidation entry
Designation	Long name for the revalidation entry
Withdraw access?	Specify here whether access to this security area should be revoked for the employee.
Employees	The employee who has access is indicated here.
Application Personal Onboarding	Access to the security area was requested via this application.
Security area	This is the security area to which access is granted.
