This evaluation provides an overview of all workstation groups, with the numbers of configured and occupied workstations. An occupancy factor is displayed, which can help when planning the utilization of a workstation group.
View
This group contains features for displaying and displaying the occupancy information of workstation groups. It includes visual properties and display options for the user interface.| Property | Description |
| Workstation group | The name of the workstation group for which this line of the evaluation stands. |
| Surface area | The calculated area of the workstation group. This is made up of the room area divided by the number of workstations to which a workstation group is assigned, totaled over the entire workstation group. |
| Number of workstations | Shows the total number of workstations for which this workstation group is stored. |
| Number of rooms | Indicates the number of rooms in which at least one workstation is assigned to this workstation group |
| Number of employees | Totals the employees who are assigned to a workstation group via a room assignment with "flexible workstation assignment". |
| Occupancy rate | Calculates the number of employees assigned to the work center group per work center. |
| Area per workstation | Indicates the average area per workstation within the workstation group, based on the sum of the proportionate areas of the workstations within their respective rooms, divided by the number of workstations within the workstation group. |
