This list contains various object types that can occur in a building. It provides an overview of the types of objects that are recorded and managed for each building.| Property | Description |

| Object type Code | Specification of the object type code. |
| Object type Designation | Specification of the object type designation. |
| CC Object type | Specifies whether the object type is also a CAFM Connect object type. |
| Number of objects | Specification of the number of objects of this object type in the building. |
| Operator concept Number | Specification of the number of operator concepts assigned to this object type. |
| Operator concept active | Indication of the number of active operator concepts. |
| Operator concept (with BK number=1) | Specification of the operator concept, if exactly one exists. Otherwise this column remains empty. |
| Measures Number | Specification of the number of measures for this/these operator concept(s). |
| Link measure (for BK number=1) | Link to the measures of the operator concept, if only one concept exists for this property type. |
| § Legal measure Number | This field shows the number of legally required maintenance measures for the selected object type in the building. It helps with planning and monitoring the required statutory maintenance and inspections as part of building maintenance. |
| Active measures | Indication of the number of active measures. |
| Client and contractor specifications for buildings maintained | This field shows whether the client's and contractor's specifications for building maintenance have been properly maintained and updated. It is used for quality assurance and compliance with contractual agreements in the context of facility management. |
| Order plan Quantity | This field shows the planned number of orders for a specific object type within a building. It is used for the planning and overview of maintenance tasks and helps with the allocation of resources for various maintenance tasks. |
| Order plans active | Indicates whether active task lists exist for this object type in the building. Active task lists are important for the regular maintenance and servicing of objects to ensure their functionality and service life. |
| Number of orders | Displays the total number of jobs assigned to this property type in the building. This information helps to estimate the workload and prioritize maintenance tasks for specific object types within the building. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
