01.01 Objects per building

This list evaluation provides an overview of the objects in a building. The CAFM Connect compatibility of the objects, the existence of an operator concept, a measure and an order plan are also taken into account.

List

This group contains features for listing and classifying objects within a building. It provides a structured overview of the various components and their assignment in the building context.

Property	Description
Building	Specification of the building.
Number of objects	Number of objects for this building.
...with CC object type	Number of objects that are assigned to a CAFM Connect object type.
...without CC Object type	Number of objects that are not assigned to a CAFM Connect object type.
...with operator concept	Number of properties assigned to an operator concept.
...without an operator concept	Number of properties that are not assigned to an operator concept.
...with CC object type and without operator concept	Number of objects that are assigned to a CAFM Connect object type but not to an operator concept.
Operator concept Number	Number of operator concepts for the building.
Operator concept active	Number of active operator concepts for the building.
Measures Number	Number of measures for this building.
Active measures	Number of active measures for this building.
Order plan Quantity	Number of order plans for the building.
Order plans active	Number of active order plans for the building.
Number of orders	Displays the total number of orders for the selected building or object. This information helps to estimate the maintenance effort and prioritize maintenance work as part of building management.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
