This evaluation contains all objects that are not currently assigned to a room. For example, all objects are listed here that are removed from a room during the inventory when leaving the room because they could not be found. If they are not subsequently assigned to another room, they will appear in this evaluation.
Search
This group contains features for searching for and identifying objects that have not been found. It includes search criteria and identifiers that help to locate missing objects.| Property | Description |
| Object barcode | Specification of the barcode of the object. |
| Object ref. | Specification of the name of the object. |
| Matchcode | Specifies the matchcode to which the object is assigned. |
| Old room | Specifies the room from which the object was removed. |
| Room change | Date of the room change (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| New room | This field serves as a confirmation that the object displayed here is not actually assigned to a room. This column should therefore always be empty. |
| Inventory date | Here you can see when the inventory was carried out. |
| Carried out by | Indication of the person who carried out the inventory of this object |
