This group contains search criteria for filtering and limiting the number of employees and representatives on different floors. It enables a targeted query for specific personnel distributions within the building.| Property | Description |
| Location | Indication of the location for the floor. |
| Building | Indication of the building to the floor. |
| Floor | Indication of the floor. |
| Number of employees | Indication of the number of employees assigned to rooms on this floor. These people have their workplace on this floor. |
| Function | Indication of the function of the authorized person. |
| Representative | Name of the person assigned to the function (SURNAME, FIRST NAME). |
| visible | Indicates whether the authorized person is visible in the floor plan. |
| Room representative | Specification of the room in which the authorized person is located. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
