Messages (notifications) can be generated at various points in eTASK, which are then sent to individual users via the bell in their portal. The content and recipients of the messages are saved in this list. Users decide for themselves whether messages are deleted.
Message
This group includes properties that relate to notifications or messages. This includes information such as the content, time, recipient and status of the message.| Property | Description |
| Priority | Messages can have a priority. This determines whether a special display is shown. |
| Receiver | The person receiving a message is specified here. Each message is sent to exactly one person. |
| Text | The full text of the message is given here. |
| Read on | This shows when the message was first read. Based on this, the appearance changes and the bell no longer displays a message. |
