This list evaluation provides an overview of all imported employees who have not yet been assigned to a room. This list requires the product eTASK.interface-personnel data import.

Contains all properties that are displayed in the tabular list view.

| Telephone | Enter the telephone number of the employee. |
| Cost center | Specification of the cost center to which the employee is assigned. |
| Designation | Specification of the cost center designation. |
| Staff type | Indication of the personnel type to which the employee is assigned. |
| Personnel function | Indication of the employee's personnel function. |
| Entry date | Indication of the employee's start date (DD.MM.YYYY). |
Link IDs
Contains unique identifiers for system-wide identification and linking of records. Enables navigation between related data.
