| Personnel number | Indication of the employee's personnel number. |
| Salutation | Specification of the employee's title. |
| First name | Indication of the employee's first name. |
| Surname | Indication of the employee's surname. |
| Telephone | Enter the telephone number of the employee. |
| Cost center | Specification of the cost center to which the employee is assigned. |
| Designation | Specification of the cost center designation. |
| Staff type | Indication of the personnel type to which the employee is assigned. |
| Personnel function | Indication of the employee's personnel function. |
| Entry date | Indication of the employee's start date (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
