In the room booking calendar, you can switch between different views, zoom in and out, scroll, and open room bookings.

  1. Open room selection and customize room display.

  2. Switch to a specific date.

  3. Switch between day, week, and month views.

  4. Zoom in.

  5. Zoom out.

  6. View past bookings.

  7. View future bookings.

  8. Change alphabetical sort order.

  9. Marker for merged rooms. Click the marker to view the sub-rooms.

  10. The room booking marker has two functions:

  • Hover over the booking: Key details are displayed.

  • Click on the booking: The room booking record opens.
