Depending on whether you have the eTASK.Outlook add-in installed, you have different options for rescheduling a room booking.
Options in eTASK.SmartReservation:

Note: If you adjust the booking date and the booking includes beverage orders, the beverage orders are adjusted as follows: They are carried over provided the relevant deadlines are met. Beverage orders scheduled for the start of the booking in the original booking are also covered at the start of the booking in the new booking. All other dates remain at the original provisioning time if they fall within the booking period. If the rescheduling causes more than one beverage booking to fall at the start of the room booking, only the beverage booking that was originally at the start of the booking is carried over. The remaining beverage dates are deleted.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Click on the Service List tab.
Select the Room Reservation service type in the top right corner. The reservation dates that have not yet expired are displayed.
Double-click the appointment you want to reschedule.
Click on Change Reservation.
In the Appointment section, click on Change.
In the Appointment Info section, click Delete Appointment, select a date and time, and click Add Appointment.
Click "Next" in the taskbar.
Click on "Finish" in the taskbar.
Click on "Booking Confirmation" in the taskbar.
The appointment has been changed. The organizer will receive an email notifying them of the change.
Note: If the booking was made via the eTASK.SmartReservation Outlook add-in and you are not the meeting organizer, the individual participants will not receive any notification of the change.
Procedure in Outlook and Outlook Web Access
Move and/or extend or shorten the meeting using drag & drop, or by double-clicking to open the appointment item and then editing it.
The booking is changed. You will receive a confirmation via the FM portal and, if applicable, from the Exchange Server. All meeting participants will receive an email informing them of the change.
