This group contains features for searching and filtering monthly debit positions. It allows you to narrow down the data according to various criteria such as time period, contract type or tenant object.| Property | Description |
| Year | Specification of the target year. |
| Society | Information provided by the company. |
| month | Specification of the target month. |
| Debit position or correction | Indication of whether it is a debit position or a correction, with a link to it. |
| No. of bookings | Specification of the number of bookings. |
| Total [€] | The sum of the booking amounts in euros. |
| Invoice date | Indication of the invoice date. |
| Release on | Indication of the release date with link to the debit position or correction. |
| Booking date | Specification of the booking date. |
| Ticket | Enter the ticket number. |
| Workflow step | Indication of the current workflow step. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
