This list evaluation shows the monthly apportionment and own costs per tenant and forms a total for the year and the individual months.

Search

This group includes search criteria for filtering and finding specific monthly cost data for tenants and properties. The features allow you to narrow down the search results according to relevant parameters.

Property	Description
Year	Specification of the year whose allocation costs are displayed.
Property	Indication of the property where the apportionment costs were incurred.
Building	Specification of the building in which the apportionment costs were incurred.
Cost type	Specification of the cost type of the allocation costs displayed.
Debtor	Specification of the customer whose allocation costs are displayed.
Tenant	Specification of the tenant whose apportionment costs are displayed.
Rental agreement	Specification of the rental agreement from which the indicated apportionment costs arise.
Allocation costs year [€]	Indication of the annual total of apportionment costs per tenant.
Own costs tenant year [€]	Indication of the annual amount of own costs per tenant.

This group includes characteristics on the service charges allocated to tenants of a property. It contains information on the type, amount and distribution of the monthly apportionment costs.
