The abbreviations of the FM modules are assigned to their full names via this portal-internal administration table. Attention: The data records may only be changed by system administrators. Any change can lead to system-wide complications!
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the application is displayed. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.| Property | Description |
| SystemName | System name of the namespace in the API |
| Code | FM module abbreviation. |
| Application Name | FM module name. |
| Description | FM module description. |
| ProductOwner | Select the person who is responsible for all content in this namespace. This selection can be overwritten for individual elements in the underlying content. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
Canceled
Data on discontinuation is managed in this area.| Property | Description |
| Plan deletion date | Here you can enter a date from which you plan to permanently remove the namespace. |
| Comment on "Canceled" | This can contain reasons/details as to why something was canceled, when it was discussed, who was involved, etc. |
| Canceled? | ⚠️ This property will be removed in one of the next releases. Please do not use it anymore. Specify here whether the entire namespace is discontinued and, as a consequence, released for deletion at any time. |
