MINIMUMBOOKINGTIMESPAN sets the minimum duration for room bookings in minutes. Bookings shorter than this value cannot be created.

This parameter is used to prevent very short room bookings. It ensures that a minimum time period is maintained for every booking. For example, if the value is set to 30 minutes, no one can book a room for only 15 minutes—the system does not allow the entry of a shorter time span.
