Management of MEP rooms (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for technical building equipment and heating/cooling load calculations in MEP planning. MEP rooms represent technical room zones that can deviate from the architectural room structure. You assign each MEP room to an MEP floor and optionally link it to the corresponding architectural room. MEP rooms can be defined manually or imported from IFC technical models and enable the technical overlay of architectural and MEP models.

| Area [m²] | Area of the MEP room in square meters. This area information serves as the basis for heating and cooling load calculations and may deviate from the architectural room area. |
(MEP) floor
Assignment of the MEP room to a MEP floor for the structured organization of MEP planning. The MEP floor defines the technical level assignment and can deviate from the architectural floor structure.
