In this evaluation, the database sizes of the registered portal are measured in order to obtain an overview of the space required on the servers and for backups.
Search
This group includes features for searching and filtering data with regard to the clients' memory consumption. It enables targeted analysis and evaluation of database sizes in the cloud environment.| Property | Description |
| Client | Displays the name of the client for which the database consumption in the cloud is measured. This information is important for allocating and analyzing memory consumption as part of project management and resource planning. |
| Company | The name of the company or organization for which the database consumption in the cloud is measured is recorded here. This information is important for allocating and analyzing storage usage as part of project management. |
| Application URL | This entry contains the full URL of the web application used to access the cloud database. The URL is important for identifying and accessing the specific database instance as part of project management. |
| Active | Indicates whether the recording of database consumption is active for this client. If activated, the consumption data is recorded continuously and taken into account for project management and budget planning. |
| Database Size [MB] | The size of the database in megabytes, contains both data and log files. |
| Backup size [MB] | This value shows the total size of the backup files for the project in megabytes. It provides information about the storage requirements for data backups and helps with the planning of storage resources as part of project management. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
