Meet the requirements for setting up eTASK.service ticket

To set up eTASK Service Ticket, you’ll need some basic information. If this information isn’t already available in your FM Portal, this article will show you how to set it up.

  1. Under Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Buildings, create the building in which you want to offer the services.

  2. In this building, under Floors, create the building’s floors. On each floor, under Rooms, create the rooms for that floor. Alternatively, you can use the Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Floors and Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms forms for this purpose.

  3. Under Basic Data - Companies & Addresses, create your company and, if applicable, the companies of the individuals who will perform the services. When doing so, make sure to select the Service Provider option in the Company Type section.

  4. Under Basic Data - Staff List, create staff records for the service technician performing the work and the applicant. Assign them to the appropriate company in the Organization section. Also assign access credentials to the FM Portal.

You can now set up the eTASK service ticket without having to create any additional data.
