Navigation to this function
Create a task for orders that occur regularly and can therefore be planned (e.g. in the case of maintenance). Measures are structures in which regular maintenance services can be predefined across the board and without reference to an object. The planned orders are automatically created by the system using the tasks and the order schedules contained in the tasks. Control the triggering of orders from a task and define the work to be performed by assigning standardized work plans. Enter information on the type, reason and responsibility for creating the task and finally assign task schedules to the task in which the objects to be maintained as well as the client and contractor are assigned.
Identification
Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.| Property | Description |
| Code | Enter an abbreviation for the task. The more information (e.g. about service levels) that you enter in the code, the easier it will be to identify the underlying task at first glance. |
| Description | Enter a short, concise description of the maintenance task here. This description is used for quick identification and differentiation from other measures and is crucial for efficient planning and implementation of maintenance activities. |
| Detailed Description | Enter a full description of the task. |
Controlling
Settings made in this section control the creation and timing of an order trigger in connection with the "Trigger controlling" area from the order schedule.| Property | Description |
| Individual Task | Indicate whether the task is a task that is used only once. |
| Order Generation Interval | Enter a number for the trigger interval for the Portal to automatically generate orders. To start with, this field is independent of a unit, but is connected to the "Unit trigger interval" field. For example, if an interval of 3 months is required, a "3" is entered here and "Month" is entered in the "Unit trigger interval" field. |
| Time Unit | Select the time unit for the trigger interval. This field is directly connected to the "Trigger interval" field. |
| Order Type | Select the contract type which should be linked to the task. The contract type controls the escalation of orders from this task in the order workflow. |
| Classification | Displays the classification of tasks according to MAQSIMA. During the import of tasks from MAQSIMA, the classification will also be imported. |
Description
A more precise description of the task can be entered in this section.| Property | Description |
| Remark | Enter comments or information about the task. |
Guidelines
Specifications comprise the framework conditions and objectives for a measure. These characteristics define the planned scope, time frame and expected results of the measure.| Property | Description |
| Individual allowed time | If no standard routing is added to the measure, it is possible to manually enter a default time for the measure here. |
| Allowed time Work plans | If a standard routing is added to the task, the system automatically displays the standard time stored in the standard routing in this field. If the target time for the task is entered manually in the "Manual target time" field, no value is displayed in this field. It is neither possible nor necessary to enter data manually in this field. |
| ID | This unit specifies the time unit (e.g. minutes, hours, days) in which the deviation between the planned target time and the actual time for a maintenance task is measured. It enables precise time recording and evaluation of the implementation of measures. |
| Use time needed as time allowed | TRANSLATION MISSING |
| Total | Target time,in,tot.: Target time in-house, total |
Administration
Information about managing the task can be updated and edited in this section.| Property | Description |
| Chief Operating Officer | Select the person responsible on behalf of the contracting entity. |
| Maintenance Report | Indicate whether the task is a task that is used only once. |
