The master list Objects collects a lot of information that can be specified for an object and makes it available in this list. Please use the eTASK functions to display the necessary columns and create a personalized view that exactly meets your needs.
Object data
Object data comprises basic information and properties of an object in the master list. These features are used to uniquely identify and characterize the object in the system.| Property | Description |
| Guarantor e-mail | The e-mail address of the guarantor, as provided to the company. |
| belongs to system: Designation | The name of the system to which this object was assigned. |
| Department name | The long name of the department to which the object was assigned. |
| Order number | This order number was used when ordering the object |
| Status code | The short name of the status selected on the object. |
| Year of construction | Year of construction, production or manufacture of the object. |
| belongs to attachment: Barcode | The barcode of the system to which this object was assigned. |
| Serial number 1 | The first serial number recorded on the object |
| Relevant for fire protection | Information from the property as to whether this must be taken into account for fire protection planning. |
| Manufacturer Postal address | The postal address deposited or invoiced at the manufacturer's company. |
| Object UID | Unique identifier of the object for identification against eTASK.BIM if necessary |
| Inventoried by | The name of the person who carried out the inventory. |
| Supplier | The company selected as supplier at the property. |
| Condition Code | The short name of the status selected on the object. |
| Serial number 2 | The second serial number recorded on the object |
| Invoice number | The invoice number with which the item was purchased. |
| Manufacturer | The company selected as manufacturer on the property. |
| Cost center Designation | The long name of the cost center selected on the object. |
| Manufacturer e-mail | The e-mail address of the manufacturer, as stored at the company. |
| Cost center code | The short name of the cost center selected on the object. |
| Inventory date | The date on which the last inventory of the property took place. |
| Identification | A unique identification feature on the object |
| Hazard class Code | The short name of the hazard class selected for the object. |
| Purchase price | The price at which the property was acquired. |
| User last name | The surname from the user's personal data record that is stored on the object. |
| Order date | The property was ordered on this date |
| Separation date | The date on which the object was decommissioned and sold or disposed of. |
| Guarantor Postal address | The postal address deposited or invoiced at the guarantor's company. |
| Supplier Postal address | The postal address stored or calculated at the supplier's company. |
| Department code | The short name of the department to which the object was assigned. |
| Supplier e-mail | The e-mail address of the delivery data, as stored at the company. |
| Quantity | The number of objects hidden behind this entry. This should normally be 1. |
| Guarantor | The company selected as guarantor on the property. |
| Hazard class Designation | The long name of the hazard class selected for the object. |
| User First name | The first name from the user's personal data record that is stored on the object. |
| Component number | The number of the object as a component within a larger system or structural hierarchy. |
| Expiry of the guarantee | The date on which the warranty for the item will expire or has expired. |
| Remark | A free comment that can be stored on the object. |
| Note from the inventory | A free text that was entered during the inventory. |
| Acquisition date | The date on which the property was purchased. |
| belongs to system: Code | The code of the system to which this object was assigned. |
| Residual value | The current residual value of the property, as taken from asset accounting |
| Type designation of the manufacturer | Free text entry for a designation used by the manufacturer. |
| Useful life | The planned useful life of the object, stated in years. |
| Object barcode | The barcode or QR code stored on the property, ideally also attached to the property as a sticker. |
| Code | The short name of the object |
| Hierarchy code | The short name of the object, supplemented by the code of the object type as a prefix. |
| Designation | The long designation of the object |
| Condition Designation | The long name of the status selected on the object. |
| Status Designation | The long name of the status selected on the object. |
| User e-mail | The e-mail address from the user's personal data record that is stored on the object. |
Plant list
This feature group contains detailed information on technical installations and objects. It includes properties such as location, type, capacity and operating status of the recorded installations.| Property | Description |

| Asset purchase price currency | The currency for the purchase price from the assigned master record of the asset list / financial accounting |
| System purchase price | The purchase price from the assigned master record of the asset list / financial accounting |
| Plant company code | The company code from the assigned master record of the asset list / financial accounting |
| Asset inventory number | The inventory number from the assigned master record of the asset list / financial accounting |
| Asset activation date | The capitalization date from the assigned master record of the asset list / financial accounting |
Matchcode data
This group contains features for identifying and assigning objects using standardized codes. The matchcode data enables an efficient search and linking of objects in the master list.| Property | Description |
| Delivery time | The time stored in the matchcode within which this object can be delivered. This can refer to an external order as well as an internal grinding. |
| Costs | Costs stored in the matchcode for the object |
| Standard match code | Matchcodes with this specification are used when importing objects from BIM if no matchcode can be determined during import. |
| Matchcode Long description | The long description of the matchcode selected on the object. |
| Matchcode Description | The description of the matchcode selected on the object. |
| Position of the sticker | Indicates where the inventory sticker should be attached to the matchcode. |
| Matchcode | The short name of the matchcode selected on the object. |
| Matchcode Designation | The long name of the matchcode selected on the object. |
Object type data
This group contains basic classification features and type-specific properties of the object. It is used for unique identification and categorization within the master list.| Property | Description |
| Monitor operating status | This note indicates whether objects of this object type should be included in the "Operating status of installations" report. |
| Display object register | Specifies whether the object type should always be visible in the object register. |
| Default system number | The default value for the system number when a new object of this type is created. |
| Inventory obligation | Objects with this note are handled and checked separately in the eTASK.WinApp/Inventory when leaving a room. Conversely, objects without this note are simply left unchecked in the room. |
| Consider in relocation | Objects with this note can be selected in the relocation wizard and added to a relocation. |
| Object type Hierarchy code | The long hierarchy code of the object type, consisting of the code and, as a prefix, the hierarchy code of the higher-level object type. The hierarchy code can be used to map the position of the object within the catalog structure. |
| Display as top node | Objects whose object type is marked with this note are displayed in the system explorer. All objects that have this object selected as a component are listed below in the system explorer. |
| Group object type | Objects with this note are combined into one item per object type in purchase orders generated from eTASK.maintenance. Without the note, one order item is generated for each object. |

| Hierarchy level 1 Code | The short name of hierarchy level 1, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2. |
| Country code (from hierarchy level 1) | The short name of the country, based on the selection at the linked hierarchy level 1. |
| Location Designation | Long name of the location. |
| Building group Designation | Long name of the building group. |
| Code Building part | Abbreviation of the part of the building to which the room to which the object is assigned is allocated. |
| Country Designation (from location) | Long name of the country. |
| Building group Code | Abbreviation of the building group, if the building has such a structure. |
| Hierarchy level 3 Designation | Long designation of hierarchy level 3. |
| State Code (from building) | Abbreviation of the building, based on the zip code and town indicated on the building. |
| Federal state Designation (from building) | Long name of the federal state. |
| Hierarchy level 2 Designation | Long designation of hierarchy level 2. |
| Hierarchy level 2 Code | The short name of hierarchy level 2, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2. |
| Room group Designation | Name of the room group if the room to which the object is assigned is assigned to a room group. |
| Room designation | Long designation of the room. |
| Country code (from location) | Short name of the country, based on the selection at the location. |
| Building part number | Number of the building section to which the room to which the object is assigned is allocated. |
| Floor Designation | Long name of the floor to which the room to which the object is assigned belongs. |
| Building part Designation | Long name of the building section to which the room to which the object is assigned is assigned. |
| Building designation | Long name of the building. |
| Room group number | Number of the room group if the room to which the object is assigned is assigned to a room group. |
| State Code (from location) | Abbreviation of the federal state, based on the postal code and town indicated at the location. |
| Hierarchy level 3 Code | Abbreviation of hierarchy level 3, based on the selection at the location. |
| Building code | Abbreviation of the building to which the object is assigned. |
| Location code | Short name of the location, based on the selection on the building. |
| Building number | Number of the building, as shown in the last part of the building code. |
| Floor number | Number of the floor to which the room to which the object is assigned belongs. |
| Room number | Number of the room, as shown in the last part of the room code. |
Room data
Rooms have a variety of other information, the most important of which is collected in this info area. The information relates to the room that is assigned to the object.| Property | Description |

| Room primary usage status Code | The short name of the primary usage status for the room. |

| Room Safety subzone Code | Abbreviation of the safety subzone to which this room is assigned via the selected room type as part of the site security concept. |

| Room Floor space | Net area of the room according to DIN277 or another basic standard used. |
| Room Safety area Designation | This designation indicates the security area in which the room is located. It is used to classify rooms according to security levels and supports access control and the planning of security measures within the building. |
| Room Safety zone Code | Abbreviation of the safety zone to which this room is assigned via the selected room type as part of the site security concept. |
| Room secondary use status Designation | The long name of the secondary usage status for the room. |
| Room Space allocation Designation | The long name of the area allocation for the room. |
| Room Type of use Designation | The long designation of the type of use according to DIN277 for the room. |
| Room internal type of use Designation | The long designation of the internal type of use as an extension to DIN277 for the room. |
| Room type Code | Abbreviation of the room type to which this room is assigned within the framework of the location protection concept. |
| Room Area allocation Code | This code defines the type of space allocation for a room and determines how the room space is allocated to different uses or cost centers. It is important for the precise allocation and billing of room costs and for the efficient use of space in building management. |
| Room Security area Code | The short name of the security area to which the room is assigned. |
| Room internal Type of use Code | The short designation of the internal type of use as an extension to DIN277 for the room. |
| Room Safety subzone Designation | Long name of the safety subzone to which this room is assigned via the selected room type as part of the site security concept. |
| Room Area type Designation | The long name of the freely definable area type for the room. |
| Room type Designation | Long name of the room type to which this room is assigned within the framework of the location protection concept. |
| Room Utilization group Designation | The long designation of the utilization group according to DIN277 for the room. |
