After installing a lock cylinder, enter the installation location to complete the locking plan.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Lock System Master Data - Lock Cylinders
Open the record for the lock cylinder you installed. Its form will open in the workspace.
In the Cylinder info area, select the door in which the lock cylinder was installed from the Installation Location (Door) dropdown menu.
Remove the storage location of the lock cylinder from the Storage Location dropdown menu.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The cylinder’s status changes from “DP | Deposited” to “VB | Installed”.
