Property Management

You can mark a billing year, a location, or a building as completed so that it no longer appears in the menu tree.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Operating Cost Settlement - Settlement

Click on the year, location, or building you want to mark as completed.
Perform one of the following steps:

Year: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Mark Year as Complete.
Location: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Mark Location as Complete.
Building: In the toolbar, under Actions, click Mark Building as Complete.

The fiscal year/location/building has been marked as complete and will no longer appear in the menu.
